Angela Shi is a recent graduate of Cornell University, living in New York, NY and an aspiring travel/lifestyle blogger.

The daughter of two immigrants, Angela grew up in Seattle, Washington and spent much of her childhood traveling to various countries around the world to learn about different languages and cultures. That led her to photography, which grew from a hobby in high school to a commissioned business, AngelaShiPhotography, (check it out) that served over 55 clients in the greater Seattle area.

A move to New York to attend college at Cornell helped her professional development and instigated a desire to combine her passions for entrepreneurship with working and meeting new people in a corporate setting. Upon graduating, she hopes to continue telling the story of other individuals, cultures, and environments through photography and writing.

Angela has had previous work experience at J.P. Morgan, and will begin her postgraduate career at McKinsey & Company as a Business Analyst. She is also actively involved with @SendChinatownLove, a NYC-based non-profit organization dedicated to reviving and uplifting immigrant-owned businesses in Chinatown through direct donations, pro-bono consulting services and corporate partnerships. Angela is always excited to engage in new projects that allow her to work in a team and explore new ideas.
