30 Things I Want to Accomplish Before 30

This page was inspired by two people. Firstly, my friend Brian, who wrote the same blog post on his personal site years ago and has been a great friend and mentor to me since we met in 2021. Secondly, my friend Tanya who has an on-going goals list on her Notes app and has the craziest hustle regimen out of anyone in my life. Brian and Tanya — thank you for constantly inspiring me and making me a better version of myself, and this one is for you!!!

  1. Buy my own home before age 25, Own two properties before 30

  2. Move to California full-time

  3. Visit 50 countries (stolen from Brian’s page)

  4. Start my own clothing label/brand/concept store online or in-person

  5. Take my family on vacation outside of the U.S, all expenses paid and itinerary planned

  6. Read 100 books

  7. Have a personal net worth of over $1 million

  8. Get married!

  9. Be able to speak Chinese at a business proficiency AKA be able to work in China (and stop asking my parents how to say certain words in Chinese)

  10. Learn about and speak with priests/monks/ministers/pastors of 4 different religions

  11. Take a Korean class

  12. Write a full screenplay and send it to one or more of these places: IMDB Pro, Austin Film Festival, BBC Writer’s Room, Nicholl Fellowship, Black List, and Warner Bros Writing Program

  13. Donate at least $10,000 to support immigrant-owned businesses, Senior Care, or providing educational resources to the underserved

  14. Document on this site and learn at least 15 of my grandma’s signature dishes

  15. Buy my grandfather a Rolex

  16. Invest in and help support the company my cousins are starting

  17. Work out at least twice a week for a year straight

  18. Read the Bible in its entirety
